The Bach Flower Remedies

This system of treatment is the most perfect which has been given to mankind within living memory“, Dr. Edward Bach, The Twelve Healers and Other Remedies

There are 38 individual Bach Flower Remedies, each associated with an individual emotional state. 37 of the 38 Remedies come from flowers, plants or shrubs. The 38th (Rock Water) comes from a healing spring. Dr Bach also developed Rescue Remedy (also known as Recovery Remedy, Five Flower etc.)  for emergency situations. This is a combination of 5 individual Remedies. Dr. Bach stressed this was intended only for emergency use.

The combinations will be tailored to the individual and will ensure maximum benefit is obtained. Other “off-the-shelf” combinations (with the exception of Rescue Remedy for emergency use), are therefore not recommended.
