Cambridge March 21st-22nd 2026

The course will provide a gateway into Dr Bach’s remedies, covering the basics of the remedies and their use.  We will examine the indications for each of the 38 individual remedies and there will be discussion of Dr Bach’s crisis formula (commonly known as Rescue™ Remedy).  The principles of Dr Bach’s system, covering the concepts of simplicity, remedy selection and use, will be explored.

Using Bach flower remedies can have a profound beneficial effect on your life.  The course will equip you to get maximum benefit by selecting the most appropriate remedies and using them in the correct way.  And then you can share this knowledge to help friends and family.

During the course you will meet like-minded people and learn about the remedies in a supportive environment. This course is the beginning of your Bach remedy journey of self-discovery and enrichment!

The course will run in Cambridge at St Andrew’s Hall, Chesterton, Saturday March 21st 9.30 – 5.30 and Sunday March 22nd 10 – 5. The cost is £140.

PLEASE NOTE: On completion of this course, if you decide to continue with formal training in Bach remedies, you will need to obtain a Bach Centre Level 1 certificate which will require attending an additional revision day – I will provide this later in 2026.

During the current course we will cover all the Level 1 material and if you don’t want to study further, you will have all you need to start using the remedies on yourself and suggesting remedies for friends and family.
